How to Make a 3D Paper Cactus
Step 1 — Print and color the template. Color the cactus template as desired, or print it directly onto green paper to save time and mess.
Step 2 — Cut and fold. Cut out each cactus shape and fold it in half along the gray line down the center.
Step 3 — Glue the first two sides. Each cactus is made from three sides. Glue the left side of one piece to the right side of the next piece.
Step 4 — Add the third side. Glue the third side to the other pieces so all three sides connect, forming the full cactus shape.
Step 5 — Add the flowers. Glue the pink flower buttons (or template flowers) onto the cactus wherever you like.
Step 6 — Stand it up. Gently open up the cactus so it becomes 3D and stands on its own. Repeat with the other cacti to build your whole desert garden!
