Paper Flower Bouquet Craft for Kids – Free Template

Looking for a gift that's going to make someone feel truly special? This paper flower bouquet craft is an absolute showstopper — and kids can make it themselves with just paper, scissors, and glue! With colorful tulips, daisies, and round blooms all tucked into a folded cone wrap tied with a ribbon bow, this bouquet looks like it came straight from a flower shop. Whether you're crafting for Mother's Day, teacher appreciation, or just a random act of kindness, this is the gift that nobody expects a kid to have made themselves.

Why Kids Love Making This Craft

There's something incredibly satisfying about this bouquet — kids get to make multiple different flowers, arrange them however they like, and then wrap the whole thing up like a real gift. Every step feels purposeful, and by the time they tie on the ribbon bow, they feel like they've created something truly special. It's a wonderful craft for building fine motor skills through cutting, coloring, and folding, and the creative freedom to choose their own colors makes every bouquet totally unique.

  • Ribbon (optional but highly recommended!)

How to Make a Paper Flower Bouquet

Step 1 — Print the template. Print all the template pages including the flowers, stems, leaves, and bouquet wrap.

Step 2 — Color the template. Color all the pieces in bright spring colors — mix and match pinks, blues, yellows, and reds for a vibrant, eye-catching bouquet!

Step 3 — Cut out the template. Carefully cut out all the pieces — flowers, stems, leaves, and the large bouquet wrap circle.

Step 4 — Glue stems to flowers. Attach each stem to the bottom of its matching flower and let the glue dry before moving on.

Step 5 — Fold the bouquet wrap. Fold the large circle piece along the solid lines to shape it into a cone-style bouquet wrap.

Step 6 — Add the leaves and flowers. Glue the leaves onto the inside of the cone wrap, then tuck and glue all the flower stems inside so the blooms fan out beautifully at the top.

Step 7 — Add the finishing touches. Tie or glue a ribbon bow near the bottom of the wrap and add a cute note or name tag if desired. Let everything dry completely.
