How to Make a Shark Paper Headband
Step 1 — Print and prep the template. Print the free shark template and color it as needed, or trace the pieces onto construction paper for a bright, sturdy look.
Step 2 — Cut out the pieces. Carefully cut out all the template pieces — the inner and outer head, the mouth, the teeth, and the two headband strips.
Step 3 — Layer the head. Glue the lighter gray "inner head" on top of the blue "outer head" so you get that classic two-tone shark face.
Step 4 — Add the mouth. Glue the mouth pieces onto the shark's face to create that big, open grin.
